How do I buy coins?
Tap the coin balance shown at the top-right of the Home, Collection or Store screen. This opens the coin shop, where you can choose a coin pack and complete the purchase through the App Store. Coins can also be earned for free by playing matches, claiming the daily streak, and finishing tournaments.
My purchase didn’t arrive.
Coins are credited as soon as the App Store confirms the purchase. If your balance hasn’t updated, close and reopen the app first — the balance refreshes on launch. If it still hasn’t appeared, email us with your username and the date of purchase and we’ll credit it manually.
How do I restore a purchase?
Coin packs are consumable items that are added to your balance at the time of purchase, so they are not restorable through the App Store. If you believe a purchase was charged but not delivered, contact us at the address above.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
I lost my account / progress.
If you played as a guest, your progress is tied to that device. Creating an account with an email address and password keeps your progress safe and lets you sign in on another device. If you’ve lost access, email us with any details you remember (username, approximate coin balance, cards owned) and we’ll try to recover it.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings in the app and choose Delete Account, or email us and we will delete your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?
Email us at the address above. Bug reports that include your device model, iOS version and a screenshot are the most helpful.
Where do player photos and statistics come from?
Career statistics are compiled from publicly available sources. Player photographs are used under their respective Creative Commons licences, with full attribution on our credits page.
