Welcome to Football Cards Royale. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18 you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms with you.

2. Your account

You may use the App as a guest, or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be involved in fraud or abuse.

3. In-app purchases & virtual currency

The App offers consumable in-app purchases (“coin packs”). Each purchase grants a one-time amount of in-app coins to your account.
All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. Pricing, taxes, refunds, and family-sharing rules are governed by Apple’s standard terms.
Coins have no real-world monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other accounts, or redeemed outside the App.
Coins, owned cards, and any other in-app items are licensed to you; you do not own them. We may modify their availability, pricing, or game balance at any time as part of normal game updates.
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Where Apple issues a refund we are notified via App Store Server Notifications and the corresponding coins are debited from the account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App, except where allowed by law.
Use bots, scrapers, modified clients, or other automated means to interact with the App or its services.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or our servers.
Submit a username, club name, or chat content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

5. Disclaimer regarding football content

All football statistics shown in the App are for entertainment purposes only and are sourced from publicly available information.

Football Cards Royale is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by the BCCI, ICC, IPL, Football Australia, the ECB, or any football governing body or franchise team. Player names appear factually for statistical reference only.

Country names and tournament names are used in their generic, descriptive sense. Any trademarks, service marks, or trade names referenced in the App remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Service availability

We do our best to keep the App running smoothly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may take the App offline for maintenance, updates, or to investigate issues, with as much notice as is reasonable.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or that any defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Football Cards Royale and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or in-app currency, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Sections 5 (Disclaimer), 7 (Warranties), 8 (Liability), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be surfaced in-app on next launch. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
